چکیده
Background Heatstrokes are a serious threat to human health, particularly the cardiovascular system. Understanding clinical features and risk factors related death in patients with myocardial injury (MI) complicated by heat stroke is crucial.Method This study included baseline data of all severe heatstroke between October 2008 May 2019.Results Of 162 enrolled, 75 (46.3%) were MI group 87 (53.7%) non-MI group. A significant difference was noted 90-day survival two groups even after correction for Age, Acute Physiology, Chronic Health Evaluation II (APACHE II) scores, Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) Glasgow Coma Score (GCS), activated partial thromboplastin time (before (p < .001; correction, p = .023). Survival analysis showed that shorter than without .001). The area under receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve predicting mortality based on SOFA score 92.8% (95% CI 0.847–1.000, .001), optimal cutoff value 7.5, sensitivity 91.7%, specificity 94.6%.Conclusion Patients having had more conditions, significantly increased, shortened. high an independent factor MI, 94.6%.
